SATISFACTION –  Realise you are OK – just as you are, even if your mind is saying something different. Discover the real benefits and joys of a regular formal meditation practice.

CONNECTION – Feel connected to something bigger than yourself and feel greater intimacy with yourself life and with other people.

Cancer: The Natural Approach

This workshop is for anyone who has cancer, who may know someone that has cancer or those wanting to reduce their risk of getting cancer.  Glenda and Debbie deliver a powerful mindfulness meditation and whole food nutrition  based workshop.

Awareness isn't acceptance but acceptance is the portal to awareness.

In this workshop Glenda will assist participants to observe their present moment experience.  Use of meditation and other daily experience based interventions participants will learn now to deal with (and affect) struggles with pain, eating and sleeplessness.

Glenda brings her expert experience with group process to this workshop after having taught literally thousands of people mindfulness practices for better mental well being and physical health.
