Mindful Mothering Meditation is a meditation in which I guide participants to notice, focus and return to the sensations of breathe. This ‘one-pointed concentration’ is a training of the brain – initiating hundreds of thousands of neural-pathways in fusion towards a ‘responsive’ rather than a ‘reactive’ approach to life. Mindful Mothering Meditation completes with ‘loving kindness meditation’ in support of our great need to develop self-compassion.
